Knowing this, Reachout Home Care offers assistance to new moms through our "New Addition" program. For a few days or a few weeks, we can be that extra set of hands mom needs to ease into life at home with a new born. Our staff of trained Home Health Aides and Nurses can help with everything from late night feedings and diaper changes to light housekeeping and meal preparation. And as always, an experienced Nurse is on call 24 hours a day in the event you have clinical issues or questions.
