Each patient has different needs. Our services begin with a comprehensive admission
assessment by a Registered Nurse.
This evaluation assesses the patient’s strengths, limitations and ability
to function.
Our nurse works with the family and confers with the physician to establish
a Plan of Care that is unique to the specific needs of the patient.
